01What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website, to the MediFlow pages on it and the MediFlow launch list, and to the enquiries and demonstrations we handle on our WhatsApp Business number. They do not govern paid work. A project we build for a client is covered by a separate signed agreement. A hospital that opens a MediFlow account accepts the MediFlow service terms at sign-up. Where either differs from these terms, that agreement wins.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or request a demonstration.

02The website

This site is informational. It describes what we do and shows work we have delivered. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and case studies describe past projects rather than promising a particular result for yours. Nothing on it is medical, legal or tax advice either. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

03Demonstrations and sample content

We run demonstrations so you can see how something works before you commission it. They are provided at no charge and as a courtesy, which means:

• Everything in a demonstration is sample data. Do not send us real personal, medical, financial or confidential information.
• A demonstration is not a live service. There is no uptime commitment and it may change or stop without notice.
• What a demonstration shows is illustrative. The scope, features and cost of any real project are agreed in writing beforehand.

04MediFlow

Fordawn is a software company. MediFlow is the software for hospitals and clinics that we make and sell ourselves. The MediFlow pages on this site and on mediflow.fordawn.io describe it. These points apply to those pages:

• Dates and plans. MediFlow OPD and MediFlow OPD + Pharmacy are available from 7 November 2026. The other plans are marked “Coming soon” and have no date. A date can change, and we will update the page when it does.
• Notify me is not an order. Asking to be told when a plan opens does not reserve a plan, a price or a place in any queue, and it creates no duty on either side. You pay nothing to join.
• Trial. A hospital can run MediFlow on its own hospital’s number for 1 month, starting on 7 November 2026, before anything is agreed. No card is needed to start, nothing is charged automatically at the end, and you pay only if you continue.
• Prices. A price on a MediFlow plan page is the price for that plan on that date. The price you pay is the one shown when you sign up and in the MediFlow service terms you accept then. GST is added where it applies.
• Hospitals decide care. MediFlow keeps records and runs the front desk, billing and pharmacy work. It does not diagnose, calculate doses or deliver medicine. Clinical decisions stay with the hospital’s doctors.
• Your hospital’s data stays yours. A hospital that uses MediFlow decides what its records hold. How we process them is set out in the MediFlow service terms and the data processing agreement that go with them.

If a MediFlow page and the MediFlow service terms differ, the service terms win.

05Launch emails

If you join the MediFlow launch list, we email you to confirm that you signed up and once when your plan opens. We send nothing else unless you agree to it. Every email carries an Stop these emails link, and we stop writing to you as soon as you use it. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

06WhatsApp messaging

Our WhatsApp Business number is used to answer enquiries, run demonstrations people have asked for, and follow them up. We send offers only to people who have agreed to receive them, and never to anyone who has asked us to stop.

• Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. We honour it immediately.
• Reply DELETE to have your number and conversation erased.
• Your carrier’s data charges may apply, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s own terms.

07Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• scrape or copy the site at scale
• interfere with how the site or a demonstration works
• misrepresent who you are
• use our demonstrations to send unlawful, abusive or infringing content

We may decline or end a demonstration at our discretion.

08Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, images and code, and the MediFlow name, logo and software, belong to Fordawn Innovations Private Limited or our licensors, except where a client’s name, logo or work is shown with permission and remains theirs. You may read, share and quote our pages with attribution. You may not republish them as your own or reuse our designs or code without written permission.

09Third-party services and links

The site links to other websites and our demonstrations run on third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms apply to your use of them.

10No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and demonstrations are provided “as is”. We take care over them but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Fordawn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site, the launch list or a demonstration. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work and for MediFlow accounts is dealt with in the relevant project agreement or the MediFlow service terms.

11Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
